Unlike many of the national tutoring chains, EleMental Learning does not push an inflexible “cookie cutter” curriculum. The core belief of our company is that no two students have the same academic needs and learning patterns. Instead, EleMental Learning works with the student, parents, and teachers (if desired) to assess the student’s needs and create a customized plan of action.
EleMental Learning’s open-architecture process enables us to:

Design an action plan and set of goals which are exactly what the student needs.

Apply different learning methods as situations and personalities warrant.

Provide the tutor or tutors who are best qualified to address the student’s specific circumstances.

Make “on the fly” adjustments to the action plan without being constrained by a mass marketed curriculum.
We also encourage an ongoing dialogue with the parent(s). We allow for time at the end of each session to debrief, address any questions, and map out the next steps in the action plan.
