Experience with Special Needs Situations: I have a lot of experience working with special needs individuals in resource classrooms, an autism classroom and in inclusion. I worked one on one with an autistic boy for 2 years(5-6year old). I used picture exchange with my students. In addition, I was trained in ABA to do ABA therapy with a 3 year old child. I provided assistance to teachers in resource classrooms for 4 y ears. My responsibilities included, pre-teaching, re-teaching, and modifying lessons as needed.
